If you are interested in becoming a College Associate or a Political Intern to help John better serve the community, please complete the application with the links below and submit it to our office via e-mail so that we can contact you more about our internship program. Please fill out the information in its entirety as stated.




COLLEGE STUDENTS


Interested college level students should email (preferred method) us at liunewyork@gmail.com or mail
1)  the Political Internship application
2) a resume, and
3) a cover letter describing your interest in working in Council Member Liu's office with the questions answered
4) a 2 - 5 page writing sample that has not been substantially edited by another person to us would also be helpful.



HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS


If you're a high school student and under the age of 18-years-old, we require through email (preferred method) to at liunewyork@gmail.com or mail

 
1) the Political Internship application and
2) A Parental consent form to acknowledge that your parents are aware of your community efforts
(Already included in the above link within application)
3) A cover letter describing your interest in working with Council Member Liu's office with the questions from the application answered
4) A profile (resume) or past work is recommended.
